To register, students need to create a Microsoft Office 365 Education account which will be part of the username for the account and does not have a fully functioning email address associated with it. The Microsoft Office 365 Education suite includes: Students can download, install, and use full versions of Microsoft Office for Windows, Mac, iOS, and Android for free. IT Support Center is now offering Microsoft Office 365 Education as a service to active UCLA students.
Follow the setup instructions until the Office Sign In screen appears.The full version of the Microsoft Office suite is now available to registered students. Search for the following: Microsoft 365. Open the Apple App Store on your device. Install Microsoft Office 365 on an Apple iOS device (iPad, iPhone.) 
Enter your password, and tap the Sign In button to complete the configuration. Enter your Mercer email address and tap the Next button. After the installation completes, launch the app. Install the app(s) of your choice (e.g., Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, OneNote, etc.). Each Microsoft Office app must be installed individually. Search for the following: Microsoft 365 for Mobile. Open the Play Store app on your device. Install Microsoft Office 365 on an Android device Select a default theme for Office, and click Continue. Install Microsoft Office on Mac (macOS 10.15 and above) Office should activate after a few moments. Log into your Mercer email when prompted. Enter your Mercer email address and click Next. A window prompting you to activate Office will appear. When the installation completes, click the Close button. A notification window will open showing the progress of the Office installation. Follow the instructions to begin the installation. Log into your Mercer email at, click the Microsoft 365 link located in the upper-left corner of the page, and click Install Office and select Install Office apps. Install Microsoft Office on a Windows computer Install MS Office on iOS (iPad, iPhone.). Install MS Office on Mac (macOS 10.15 and above). The latest versions of Microsoft Access, Excel, OneNote, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Word can be installed on up to five PCs, Macs, or mobile devices.
